Being a father of 3 (most wonderful) children, I have experienced how important it was for my wife, to ease and eliminate back pain during the pregnancy.

My wife experienced, that easy walking, stretching and swimming in combination with getting a rest every 4 - 5 hours helped the most.

My wife and I, we both value the memories of this very special time.
